I began learning the techniques with Kathy during my 12th week of pregnancy and kept practicing until my 40th week. The class itself is very relaxing and allowed me to take an hour each week for myself and my baby. The poses were simple, meaningful, and helpful. I would have suffered through the back pain of pregnancy if it hadn't been for exercises I learned in class. Also, each class is informative as you get to bond with other pregnant women, hearing their tips and problems as they go through different stages of pregnancy. Prenatal yoga with Kathy helped get me through the stress of work and the beautiful, but sometimes overwhelming experience of pregnancy. My classes were a saving grace week after week.
